Pallavi Green Project (OPC) Private Limited has commissioned comprehensive Electro-Mechanical Engineering Services for its upcoming project. These works encompass the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of all mechanical and electrical systems necessary to support the operation of a sustainable, energy-efficient building/facility.

Scope of Electro-Mechanical Works

1. Electrical Systems

• HT & LT Electrical Installations: Including transformers, switchgear, LT panels, and cable management systems.

• Internal and External Electrification: Wiring, distribution boards, lighting systems, and sockets.

• Backup Power Systems: Diesel generator sets, UPS systems, and automatic transfer switches (ATS).

• Earthing and Lightning Protection Systems

• Energy Monitoring & Management Systems (EMMS)

2. Mechanical Systems

• HVAC Systems: Design and installation of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems including VRV/VRF units, ducting, and air-handling units (AHUs).

• Plumbing and Sanitary Installations: Cold and hot water distribution, sewage and drainage systems, water tanks, and pump rooms.

• Fire Fighting Systems: Sprinklers, hydrants, fire extinguishers, fire alarm systems, and smoke extraction systems.

• Elevator and Escalator Systems (if applicable)

3. BMS (Building Management System) Integration

• Centralized control of all electro-mechanical systems for efficient energy use and facility management.

• IoT-based smart solutions for temperature, lighting, air quality, and occupancy monitoring.

Quality Assurance and Safety

• All materials and equipment shall conform to IS/IEC/ASHRAE standards.

• Work execution will follow the latest National Building Code (NBC) guidelines.
