Wild flowers , plants and fungi are the life support for all our wildlife
and their colour and character light up our landscapes.
As part of its sustainable and high-quality infrastructure initiative, Pallavi Green Project (OPC) Private Limited is implementing a Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water Purification System to ensure the consistent supply of high-purity water for domestic, commercial, or industrial applications.
RO systems play a critical role in treating hard water, brackish water, or water with high TDS (Total Dissolved Solids), making it safe and suitable for human use, process applications, and sensitive equipment.
1. Raw Water Quality Assessment
Analysis of feed water (TDS, pH, hardness, turbidity, etc.)
Recommendation of pre-treatment stages based on input water parameters
2. Design and Engineering
System Capacity: Based on daily water demand (e.g., 1000 LPH, 5000 LPH, etc.)
System Type: Single pass or double pass RO depending on water quality requirement
Recovery Rate: Designed for optimal water recovery (typically 60–75%)
3. Major Components
Pre-Treatment Units:
Pressure Sand Filter (PSF)
Activated Carbon Filter (ACF)
Softener (if required)
Micron Cartridge Filter (5 & 1 micron)
High Pressure Pump
RO Membrane Assembly: TFC membranes suitable for low or high TDS
Post-Treatment Systems: UV disinfection or pH adjustment, if needed
Control Panel: Manual or PLC-based control with TDS monitoring and auto-flush
4. Installation and Commissioning
Fabrication and erection of skids, pipework, and electricals
Hydrotesting, flushing, and membrane installation
Trial runs and performance testing with reporting
Conforms to:
IS 10500 (Drinking Water Standards)
WHO and BIS standards for potable water
RO system design as per industry best practices
Online TDS meter and pressure gauges
Flow indicators for permeate and reject streams
Optional SCADA/PLC system for full automation with data logging
Regular backwashing and chemical cleaning schedule (CIP)
Membrane replacement cycle based on performance
Optional AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)
