Scope of Work

1. Operation Services

• Daily plant start-up and shutdown procedures

• Monitoring of flow rates, pressure, temperature, voltage, current, and chemical dosing

• Ensuring operational parameters stay within designed thresholds

• Logging daily operational data and preparing shift-wise reports

• Onsite handling of equipment such as pumps, valves, blowers, and control panels

2. Preventive & Scheduled Maintenance

• Execution of OEM-recommended preventive maintenance schedules for:

  • Filters, membranes, tanks, and pipelines

  • Instrumentation and automation systems

• Regular cleaning, lubrication, tightening, and replacement of wear-and-tear parts

• Membrane cleaning (CIP) and resin regeneration cycles

• Filter media replacement and backwashing routines

3. Corrective & Emergency Maintenance

• Rapid troubleshooting of faults, alarms, breakdowns, or performance drop

• Coordination for supply and installation of spare parts
