The pool will be designed and built to international standards, ensuring safety, aesthetics, structural durability, and ease of maintenance. The project includes complete civil construction, plumbing, filtration, lighting, and water quality control systems.

The goal is to provide a fully functional, hygienic, and visually appealing recreational facility for end users.

Scope of Work

1. Design and Engineering

• Concept Design & Layout: Based on site space, client preferences, usage type (residential, commercial, rooftop, infinity, etc.)

• Structural Design: RCC pool shell with water-tightness and load-bearing capacity

• Hydraulic Design: Flow rate, turnover time, pump sizing, skimmer/inlet/outlet positioning

2. Civil Construction

• Excavation, RCC works, waterproofing, plastering

• Tiling and finishing (ceramic, glass mosaic, or natural stone)

• Overflow channels, balance tanks (for overflow pools)

3. Filtration and Circulation System

• Pump and Filter System: Sand filter or cartridge filter with energy-efficient circulation pump
